Using DNS to block ads is a method of ad blocking that works by redirecting DNS requests for known ad domains to a “blackhole,” effectively preventing the ads from being displayed.

Use a third-party app: There are also several third-party apps that can block ads using DNS on Android. Some examples include AdGuard, DNS66, and Blokada. These apps work by redirecting DNS requests for known ad domains to a “blackhole,” effectively blocking the ads from being displayed.

It’s worth noting that these methods may not block all ads, and they may also block some legitimate content. Additionally, some apps and websites may not work properly if their ads are blocked.
