Drink More Water to Get Pale Skin

Drinking plenty of water is one of the best ways to lighten your skin. When your skin gets rejuvenated, then the pigmented layers fads and you will get fresh and new skin. Also, your skin becomes healthier and brighter. Drinking lots of water will speed up this process. So, drink at least six to eight glasses of water in a day.

Lemon juice:

Lemon juice contains large amount of Vitamin C, which is a very potent natural antioxidant that rejuvenates the skin cells. Also, lemon juice can be used by combining it with rose water and cucumber.

Steps to Use Lemon:

  • Take a lemon and cut it into two pieces. Apply these pieces of lemon onto your face and neck. Keep it for ten to fifteen minutes then wash your face with water. Do it daily and you will see your skin gets lighten up overnight day by day.
  • Another way, combine one tsp of lemon juice with an equal amount of honey. As you know, honey contains soothing properties that will help you to get pale skin. Gently massage your skin with this solution for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Repeat it on a regular basis until you get the desired results.

Honey and Papaya Pack:

Mash half a cup of ripe papaya with a tablespoon of honey. Blend well and apply on your face. Leave the pack on for half an hour and wash off with cold or lukewarm water for best results. (or)  Just take a spoon of pure honey without any adulteration. Apply it over your face. Stay like that for 10 minutes and let it dry. There after you can easily wash it away with lukewarm water.

Yogurt- Tomato Pack:

If you wish to reduce pigmentation and dark spots, then this pack is worth a try. it works as natural tan remover.

The tomato extract works on spots and pigmentation. it also opens up the pores on the skin and reduces oiliness naturally. Yogurt too acts as a natural bleaching agent and helps combat sun tan naturally!.

Take One tablespoon of tomato purée and yogurt would make your pack ready. apply it on face and wash after 20 min.

Turmeric to Get Pale Skin Naturally

Turmeric contains strong antioxidants and antiseptic properties. These properties help to clean the impurities of the skin that causes uneven skin tone.

Steps to Use Turmeric:

  • Combine an equal amount of milk cream and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this turmeric paste on the skin and keep it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • Another method, combine one tsp of each turmeric powder, lemon juice, and gram flour. Prepare a paste and apply this mask on the face. After 20 minutes, wash your face with lukewarm water. Repeat it two times a week to get lighten skin.

Massage your face with pure sesame seed oil or pure coconut oil twice a week. This increases blood flow in the body and makes your skin glow like never before.

Aloe Vera Gel For Reducing Pigmentation

You need to cut the Aloe Vera leaf and then squeeze out the jelly like substance that is present inside the leaf. Apply it over your skin and then leave it for 30 minutes. Once it is dried, wash away with water.

 ICE CUBE to reduce the inflammation of large pimples

After passing the small ice cube over your pimples, dry your face and then apply your moisturizer, as water and cold ice dry out the skin.
